These sessions are typically 90 minutes, but may go up to 2 hours depending on your needs. Reach out if you need to schedule this in two separate sessions or if you don’t see a time that works for you.

This is optional, but can be a helpful space for you to ask questions and hear more details about your recommendations.

The first follow-up is scheduled approximately four weeks from when you start working with your recommendations.
Use one of the codes you received when you purchased the holistic care package to book your three included follow-ups.

I typically recommend follow-ups every 4-6 weeks—though we may have discussed a different cadence based on your needs.

order refills
Refill orders for current formulas can be placed below. Formulas are filled & shipped on Wednesdays. Orders submitted after 6p on Tuesday will go out the following week.
Shipping is $10 for orders up to 16oz, and $15 for orders over 16oz.
If we have not connected for a follow-up session in the past 4 months, please schedule one first before placing a refill order.
