You are considered a current client if we’ve had a session or you have ordered a refill in the past six months. If it has been longer than that, please reach out to me at hello@kellylecoy.com before scheduling a follow-up or ordering a refill.

2026 Apothecary Updates:
The clinic & apothecary will be closed June 12 - July 5 for a summer break. All refills should be requested by Tuesday, June 10. the next available refill date will be July 8.
getting started

These sessions are typically 90 minutes, but may go up to 2 hours depending on your needs. Reach out if you need to schedule this in two separate sessions or if you don’t see a time that works for you.
Book Intake Session -
This is optional, but can be a helpful space for you to ask questions and hear more details about your recommendations.
These check-ins are also available at any time during our work together for quick questions, concerns, or things like lab review between follow-ups.

The first follow-up is scheduled approximately four weeks from when you start working with your recommendations.

Follow-up Sessions
I typically recommend follow-ups every 4-6 weeks—though we may discuss a different cadence based on your needs.

Additional follow-ups after that can be purchased individually or as a package.
Refills
Refills can be ordered at any time. If you have not had a follow-up within four months, I may ask you to schedule one before refilling so that we can check in on your formula(s) and how things are going for you.

Refill orders for current formulas can be placed below.
If you need adjustments or a new/acute formula, please schedule a check-in call or follow-up session.
Formulas are filled & shipped on Wednesdays. Orders submitted after 11p PT on Tuesday will go out the following week.
Shipping: $10 for orders up to 16oz and $15 for orders over 16oz.
Drop off: $5 fee, and currently available for residents in the Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco
Sliding Scale: Please be mindful and purchase at an amount that truthfully reflects what you are comfortable paying. If you'd like to learn more about sliding scale or you need assistance with how to assess what price to pay, please see this helpful graphic by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. If the lowest end of the scale is still not accessible to you, please reach out.
Note: 1oz, 2oz, & 4oz bottles come with a dropper. 8oz bottles are only available with a screw top. Pump tops are an option for 1oz or 2oz bottles, please request with the order.
